Magnolia House of Health 601 South Broad St. Winston-Salem, NC The Magnolia House of Health is a wellness center that primarily focuses on the treatment of various conditions relating to diabetes. We will also feature an original line of diabetic products. This product line will include lotion, foot cream and hair care treatments. The secondary focus of the Magnolia House of Health is detoxification of the body through various techniques including (but not limited to) foot detoxification. Reflexology will also be a featured service at the Magnolia House of Health. While our clients are receiving various treatments they will be able to enjoy organic coffee, tea and juice from our featured line of beverages. Diabetic patients will be able to enjoy special pastries prepared with Splenda®. Diabetic foot care is the main focus of our wellness center. Diabetes affects the nerve endings of people who suffer from this condition so therefore we will have trained nurses who specialize in proactive treatment as well as treatment of existing conditions. Our treatment list includes but not limited to sores, overgrowths of skin on the finger / toenails and feet, abrasions, cut and injuries of the feet and hands. During our treatment processes we will use our original line of products that will be available for sale for take-home treatment at the patient's disposal. Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology relieves stress and tensions, improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and/or stimulates nerve endings. The benefits of reflexology are of vast importance to diabetic patients since their nerve endings will be stimulated and their blood circulation improved. Reflexology is not intended to replace conventional medicine but to complement the medical regiment already in place for each patient.
The organic coffee and tea shop will feature our up and coming premier line of Magnolia inspired juice, tea and coffee. We will also feature Magnolia Spice Tea® which is another original line of organic juice.
The Magnolia House of Health is an establishment that focuses on the overall health of diabetic patients as well as people who suffer from other chronic diseases in our community. We are expecting to be partners to the surrounding medical community as well as advocates for all patients that come in to our wellness center.

Diabetic Foot Care
- Prescreen patients prior to consultation of past medical history and insurance coverage.
- Verification of insurance coverage prior to initial visit.
- Highly trained staff of registered nurses, wound care & diabetic foot specialists
- Complete medical assessment by registered nurses - Separate intensive assessment of hands and feet.
- Diabetic treatment includes (but not limited to): sores, overgrowths of skin on finger / toenails & feet, abrasions, cuts, injuries
- Medical opinion by registered nurses
- Preventative treatments available
- Patient education - Literature available for continual education process
